Isyana Sarasvati, born on May 2, 1993, is an Indonesian singer-songwriter and the founder of Redrose Records. She has received accolades such as "Best Asian Artist Indonesia 2016" and "Best Composer of the Year 2017" from the Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA), and was included in Forbes' "30 Under 30 Asia 2020".
Before gaining fame as a pop singer, multi-genre artist, and songwriter, Isyana had a background in classical music, performing as a soloist and recitalist. After joining Sony Music Indonesia, she released her first two singles, "Keep Being You" (2014) and "Tetap Dalam Jiwa" (2015). She has since released four albums, all of which have been well-received and successful in the market. On November 29, 2019, Isyana released her third album, LEXICON, which marked a shift from pop and R&B to neo-classical and progressive rock, a transition that continued with her fourth album (ISYANA). Today, she is renowned as a versatile multi-genre artist.
